After a 2 month program with the #MHMARavens I invited them all down for, what you can call, a test workout! This workout today is to see how much each individual increased in multiple areas, and the results really showed how they came in each day and gave everything!! A ton of increase!! Also, #AHighRedmen and Jake Schrick from #JCN were tested today, with a leg circuit and they all #Dominated!!! If you're an athlete and you are in the area, #RiseUpFitnessGym provides an atmosphere that makes #GettingBetter a habit!! In-Season Lifting for Football Players
Rise Up Fitness has equipped each trainer with knowledge of maximizing in season results. A common mistake during season is how athletes train and prepare; we have the proper way! -core lifts -core work -pre rehabilitation -flexibility & mobility -speed and agility -corrective training -film study course (teaching athletes what to watch for and how to break down) Check out this link http://www.stack.com/a/in-season-lifting-for-football-players --Athletes lose significant levels of maximum strength within 30 days and significant levels of speed within only 5 days after training for those qualities ceases. The most important competitions are always at the end of the season. Playoffs, state meets, championships, bowl games, it all happens 2-3 months after the offseason training has ended. Athletes will be at their weakest, slowest and most inefficient levels at the times when they need to be at their best! This hurts their performance and even worse, can expose them to greater risks of injury. The proper in-season program is very important!
