It was wonderful seeing our Lindley Park friends and families at the Asheboro Public Library today. Did you miss you out? Don't worry you can catch us every Wednesday at the public library. Next Wednesday we will be there for you early risers at 9:00 a.m. Did you know that all of our rising 2nd graders (along with all of our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders) can take Accelerated Reader tests from home? A HUGE thank you for shopping at our Scholastic Books Fairs this year. With our Scholastic Dollars we were able to purchase 187 new books for our school! WOOHOO!!

The end of the school year is near! As we review for the upcoming End of Grade tests students are showing Lindley Park pride by participating in Spirit Days. Today was “Whatever the DECADE – I’m Ready." Students dressed in fabulous fashions from the 50's, 60's, 70's. 80's, or 90's. Get ready for Monday, because it "Sock it to the TEST" day. Wear your craziest socks.
