We just received a 20ft cargo trailer full of hurricane relief supplies from Wichita, KS from joined effort. Rick Storts, a fire fighter who visits Port Aransas annually, wanted to do something for the Coastal Bend. He approached The Summit Church who has a daughter church in Corpus. They wanted to find a church closer to the Harvey aftermath. Even though we may never know who y'all are...Thank you to all who gave above and beyond!

It's been five days since hurricane Harvey. Hopefully you've had time to restore some order to your homes. I have a crew of guys that are coming tomorrow for 9am to help us restore "our" house! We will be meeting at CBFWC at 9am Thursday morning. Please bring lights and generators if you have them so we can remove wet Sheetrock and squeegee the sanctuary! If you can't make it, we fully understand but it's time to get things going at the church! -pastor Aaron

We received a phone call from Convoy of Hope yesterday explaining they were in Corpus Christi to offer disaster relief for Hurricane Harvey victims asking if we would be willing to distribute supplies if they dropped an 18-wheeler load at the church. Crazy story, the coordinator was from Springfield, MO. He got my dads number from my aunt. He had no idea who I was or that I pastored a church that was directly effected by the Hurricane. Come to find out, his grandmother and my grandmother are sisters!!! Which makes him like my third cousin. Ryan Grabill drove the truck himself from Victoria just so he could meet family for the first time! Thank you to Ryan and Convoy of Hope for bringing relief to the Coastal Bend. -pastor Aaron!
