Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything else." Plato Music is the universal language because it touches us deeply allowing us to be carried away if we allow ourselves to be vulnerable. Do you ever listen to a song and smile or cry because you remember exactly what was happening in your life and remember why that song was important to you? From birth to death, music stimulates our emotions and memories. On Sunday, May 7th, we will be exploring how musical selections impact us emotionally. Which song when played gives you strength or confidence to keep going? Which one reminds you of your father or your best friend? How do these songs over decades, shape who we are and help to connect us to our personal archetypes? During this workshop, we will explore how music has helped identify your passion and mission. We will be creating intentional SoulCollage® cards to symbolize the music of your life. No experience necessary. Date: May 7, 2017 Time: 10-1 or 1-4 Cost: $30 All supplies and images provided.
