Happy Monday Everyone! What a lovely day it is to be alive. Never let a setback get to your head. Force yourself to go to the gym and start training. Don’t ever let one too many days get to your head and make you think that you’re not ready to train. If you let that happen, then the days will become weeks, and then months. Unless you’re injured or sick, you are always physically ready to train. Just come to the gym and speak to our coaches, let them know, “hey coach, I’m coming back from a setback and I’m just trying to get back into the mix of things.” No problem, our coaches will understand and we will take it slow in training and you will go at your own pace. We are all training to be better than where we were yesterday, never about being better than the next person. It’s about you. So let today be the perfect day to get back in training. Go for a long run or walk after work. Do some jumping jacks, some shadow boxing, some push-ups and get your week started right.
