The Brazoria County Historical Museum exists to collect, preserve, and exhibit archival and material objects that relate to the history of Brazoria County. Hours: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The library is closed on Mondays

63rd Annual San Jacinto Festival
The museum will be closed Friday and Saturday, April 21 -22, in recognition of San Jacinto Day. Celebrate the day by attending the San Jacinto Festival in West Columbia!
The Museum will be closed Friday, April 14 and Saturday, April 15. We will resume normal business hours Monday, April 17. We wish everyone a Happy Easter!
