Check out our Yell Like Hell skit "Alumni Tailgate" with Delta Upsilon and Alpha Sigma Kappa! We had a blast getting painted after all our hard work.
Hard to believe October is coming to an end! We had a crazy, busy, and fun month. We kicked off October with Big Little reveal! The sophomore pledge class popped out of cardboard boxes on central campus lawn to surprise their new littles. After that, we went back to back to lots of events such as Founder's Day, Dad's Day, and Initiation!! This year's initiation was a memorable one as our new members became actives and our many legacies were surprised by their sisters, moms, and grandmas! Our Homecoming pairing was very excited to make it past 1st cuts of Yell Like Hell and were able to get painted!
We are a month away from our fall alumni event! Spread the word and RSVP to deltaomicronkkg@gmail.com if you can attend. Kappa's from all chapter's are welcome! We are excited to see you all there.
A little September wrap up! Delta Omicron kicked off September with Kappa Con Queso on Thursday, the 7th. $5,569 was raised to donate to Reading is Fundamental and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation. We're proud to say that our chapter was also selected as Reading is Fundamental's Donor of the Month! This last weekend, we threw a 1970's themed date party! Our members had a great time getting dressed up and spending the evening at the Flat Tire Lounge. Our chapter is very proud to support the Iowa State Blood Drive. This fall, there are 17 members serving as executive members or on committees. To be exact, 1 co- director, 6 exec members, and 10 committee members are Kappas! They have all been working hard all month to make this semester's blood drive a success, so make sure you get out this week and donate or volunteer! We can't wait for what October will bring!
We had such a great time at our fall philanthropy supporting Reading Is Fundamental and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation!
