On behalf of Parade Chairman, Chris Racine and the ABA Parade Committee, we would like to thank everyone who participated in the parade either by volunteering, or walked or rode with a float, horse, or vehicle. It truly lived up to our motto BE LOCAL BUY LOCAL SUPPORT LOCAL. Special thanks to the Alton Police Department for their excellent handling of the traffic, and our awesome Fire Department with all their trucks and response vehicles. And we can't forget to thank those who stood on the sides of the road and cheered us on! Thank You!

Hey friends! This is an open invitation and request for volunteers, sponsors and participants in the Old Home Day Parade, being held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2 p.m. Here's the best part! This parade is a HUGE way to get your business name out to the community by either being in the parade with a float, walkers, antique or classic vehicle, etc. or by being a parade sponsor. 1.
