Coming downtown tomorrow or Friday? Parts of River Street, Carter Street, and Third Avenue will be closed as they are being converted to two-way traffic. Please see the map below! Note: The parking on River Street will change from parallel to reverse angle parking. Reverse angle parking must be backed into, but is overall safer, as you don't have to open your doors or exit into oncoming traffic. For details about reverse angle parking, visit here: http://www.mlive.com/news/kalamazoo/index.ssf/2015/03/five_things_about_reverse_angl.html
