Five Points Sports Training and Fitness is a brand new facility dedicated to improving athletic performance and overall fitness. We welcome anyone, male or female, who is looking to step up their game regardless of sport, skill level, or size. We specialize in agility, lateral movement, vertical, explosion, speed, and strength. We are located right next to the Ford dealership at Five Points in Hopewell.
