"I attend Iowa State University where I am studying dietetics with the hope that some day I will become a Registered Dietitian. Before college, I danced competitively for 15 years. As dance came to an end my senior year I started searching for other ways to stay active, which is when I discovered Yoga Sculpt and I immediately fell in love with the challenge it provided me! I went through the certification to teach Yoga Sculpt as soon as I could. Shortly after, I began teaching at Iowa State University. I love guiding others through their practice while challenging them to grow and live healthier lives!"
