👧🏻Mini HiiTers Day 1 was a HiiT!👦🏻 Our 3-10 year olds had a blast today learning about how much fun exercising can be! Friday February 23rd: 3-6 year olds start at 10:45, and 7-10 year olds start at 11:45! 🤗
⭐️HiiTer Highlight⭐️ Each month, we are recognizing some of our HiiTers who do awesome stuff OUTSIDE of the gym! This week features Nina Nardacci and Emilie McHale. 💜 Nina and Emilie are “CF Mamas;” they each have a child who has Cystic Fibrosis. CF is a progressive, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time. Through their amazing and selfless work with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, they are helping bring awareness, research funding, and the hope for a cure to this disease. 🏃🏻♀️On February 24th, several of our HiiTers and trainers will be participating in the 2018 Albany CF Stair Climb. Since this event supports families like Nina and Emilie’s, participating in this amazing event means even more. We are honored to have HiiTers like Nina and Emilie who do so much for their CF community!
