Once again, the City of Albany Parks and Rec has received a special donation. Pleasant Dorsey 4-H was awarded a Tulip Poplar tree from the Missouri 4-H. Please read the plate for a partial discription of the tree history. The 4-H group pictured planted the tree at the ACC park. THANK YOU PLEASANT DORSEY 4-H youth!!
