Time is running out to book your seat at our very first Wine Tasting Event here at BRIX On Main! It will be held on Tuesday April 25th 7-8:30pm. We will be featuring 8 Chilean Wines that will be paired with customized appetizers, small plate samples and desserts by Chef Rashim! Our menu includes the following courses: Fruit and cheese appetizers Caprese Hasselback Tomato Salad with Balsamic Glaze Authentic Chilean Beef Stuffed Potato Pecan Crusted Wild Caught Salmon with Sautéed Bacon Wrapped Baby Broccoli Spears Authentic Chilean Roasted Pork Empanadas served with a Chilean Pepper Cilantro Sauce Chocolate Overload cake served with fresh Strawberries Watermelon and Kiwi Sorbet served between White & Red Wine Courses This event will be held on our deck with a PERFECT sunset view. (weather permitting) And YOU be selecting our new feature wine! Tickets are $30 per person and should be purchased in advance either in person or over the phone, since there is limited availability.
