I WANT MY KID TO BE DEPRESSED, said no parent ever! Look familiar? Did you know that children who spend lots of time in front of the TV or computer are at higher risk for depression? Just an hour if vigorous exercise throughout the day can help alleviate some of that? Turn on the music, dance with them. Take a walk with them. Play Twister. Enroll them in a sport. Get up and get moving with them!
