Hi, I'm a fully qualified massage therapist, having achieved the City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Body Massage with a distinction at Bridgewater College. Massage has been practised throughout the centuries as a form of healing used to relax, comfort and promote general well-being. It is a wonderful treatment to both give and receive.
Massage benefits us both physically and emotionally. Here are some of the benefits:

Reduces stress levels
Promotes a sense of relaxation and well-being,
Lowers blood pressure,
Relaxes the muscles,
Enhances the flexibility of the joints,
Improves blood circulation,
Stimulates the lymphatic system,
Aids skin and muscle tone,
Breaks up knots and adhesion's.
Currently working from home or offering mobile services to clients requiring treatments in their own home in Yeovil and surrounding areas.
Please note an additional charge will be added for mobile services to cover travel costs and time.
Treatments - Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Indian Head Massage.
Treatments and time allocated can be adapted to suit client requirements.

Hi all Thank you to those of you that take the time to share my posts and page as it really works!! Ive had five new clients book in the last 48 hours! All of which have either seen posts friends and clients have shared or I've been recommended by clients, this is fab and I'm over the moon so a HUGE thank you to those that do share.
