New low back office chair ordered so that I can work lower on the back during Indian Head Massages. Unfortunately it is grey, but seeing as the other choice was bright yellow, it could be worse! Maybe I should cover it!

Been off colour for a couple of days', gently getting back to work during the week. But did get some printing of handouts done for the relaxation and meditation workshops- all participants will get 3 sheets of nice easy exercises to take home with you so you won't forget the information!
See below for NEW relaxation and meditation workshops- the same workshop, repeated, so you can come Saturday (up to 3 people) OR Sunday (up to 10 people). If you want to come to both, it will be £15 rather than £20, saving you £5
