Our retreats typically run Sunday - Friday in a stunning rural french location.

The retreats consist of several daily sessions of exercise and range from walks to bike rides, kettle bell training to aqua aerobics, and horse riding to go karting! The retreat has a large emphasis on nutrition and healthy eating, with daily nutrition and cooking workshops to make sure you can continue your success when you go home!

We are not a boot camp, and all of our activites are optional. You will also enjoy down time at the pool or exploring the local area, with sports and hot stone massages thrown in for good measure.

Your price includes a transer from two local airports, all your food, towels etc along with all scheduled activities. Flights are an additional cost and must be arranged by you, although we can help to advise you on the best flight to suit you!

Does your partner want to come, but not want to take part in the exercise? No Problem! Some of our rooms are doubles so your partner can come along and enjoy the Gites too!
