Tuesday
Jazz at the Hare and Hounds
Join us every Tuesday at 8:30pm for live Jazz music! We house many incredibly talented and well respected musicians from all over the world. There is no entry fee and we hold a raffle during the break, from which you can win a selection of prizes.
Jazz at the Hare and Hounds has been in operation for over 21 years. We have a well established society and it is always an entertaining and lively night - thank you to everyone who supports the Jazz on a regular basis!
If you wish to dine with us on a Tuesday evening, please call well in advance to book a table as we often get booked up very quickly. Food is served from 6pm - 8:30pm.

Wednesday
General Knowledge Quiz
Test your general knowledge every Wednesday at 8:30pm, in our quiz hosted by Richard Reynolds and Sarah Milner. Make sure you’re clued up on current affairs and brace yourselves for the timed snowball round! We post clues throughout the week on our Facebook page - so be sure to check for any helpful hints before you arrive. Entry costs £1 per person and you can have as many on your team as you like, with cash prizes to be won. Sweets and nibbles provided.
If you wish to dine with us on a Wednesday evening, please call well in advance to book a table as we often get booked up very quickly. Food is served from 6pm - 8:30pm.

Thank Cod it’s Friday!
Our homemade beer-battered cod and chips is only £4.95 on Fridays in celebration of this weekly British tradition. Offer is available at lunchtime between 12pm and 2:30pm.
Fizz Friday!
Get a large bottle of prosecco for £12 between 5pm and 11pm every Friday. You’ve earned it!
Saturday
Live Music
Every Saturday from 8:30pm we have live music from a range of local bands with varying styles. Mostly playing covers from across the years, each band has a unique sound and free admission means a good time is had by all!
We update our Facebook weekly, so please refer to the events section of our page for upcoming bands.
Sunday
Music Quiz
Join us at 8:30pm every Sunday for our Music Quiz, hosted by Dave Watson. Test your music knowledge with hits from across the decades - 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 00’s, as well as a surprise round or two! Entry is £1 per person with as many to a team as you like and cash prizes to be won. Unfortunately, we do not take reservations on weekend evenings so make sure you arrive early to save a table for your team!
