Welcome to our page. We are a part of Wyevale Garden Centres, bringing joy and inspiration to everyone's garden. Situated just off the A38 between Droitwich and Worcester, Worcester Garden Centre began life in the 1920s as a nursery owned by William Palmer. It was inherited by his daughter, Diana, in the 1950s, who transformed it into one of the most popular centres in the area. Her ethos that, 'people do not drive 20 miles to buy something they can buy nearby' laid the foundations of the superb horticultural offer and excellent customer service that remain the hallmark of the centre today.

With Gardeners' World filmed on the doorstep and regular visits by the Gardeners' World team, little wonder the quality of the growing stock and array of gardening products is so well known. An incredibly knowledgeable and loyal team run the centre with huge pride, amongst them Alan, who joined straight out of school in 1971, Jenny, now 70, in 1973 and Ruth in 1977!

Whilst gardening remains at the heart of the business, this is complemented by a great range of giftware, cards and garden furniture. The Black Pear Restaurant (named after the famous local variety) was opened by Geoff Hamilton and has a fantastic reputation in the area for the best home-baked food around!
