Cake by the ocean. Don't be afraid to treat yourself every now and then. A lot of the time we can get so hooked on achieving our goals as quickly as possible that we don't let ourselves live. We must remember we are only human and in order to achieve a healthy and sustainable lifestyle you've got to be flexible with your methods. It's just not worth creating the unhealthy mindset that we "can't" eat this and "can't" eat that, that can be far more damaging than one cheeky treat. So live a little, love your body a lot and enjoy your lifestyle. Oh and Happy Friday. 💛💚

Some will be more excited by this than others BUT it's my birthday! I've heard calories don't count, I sure hope this is true because I plan on eating a LOT of cake. Wishing you all a beautiful day and I want to thank everyone that has been a part of the last year, it's certainly been an interesting (and very exciting) one. I couldn't be happier or more grateful with where I am right now so, thank you. Birthdays always remind me that we need to take more moments to reflect on how far we've come and where we are heading, before life runs away with us! HOLIDAY TIME 🌴 Who else is heading off on their summer holiday soon? 3 little tips for those of you (like me) facing a long flight - ✈️ Hydrate - drink water, moisturise, etc ✈️ Be active - try and make sure you get up and move about and stretch a little ✈️ Don't be daft and try to wear more than one outfit onto the plane to save on luggage weight 😂
