Excellent seminar last Tuesday at the academy. Guro Daniel Lonero started the seminar with Kali, followed by Silat and finishing the day with JKD.

Congratulations to John Maloney and Lauren mountain for passing their second degree blackbelt and Francesca hill on passing on her first degree in kickboxing and Richard kyme on receiving his blue belt in bjj.

Big congratulations to David Stafford for his Muay Thai 1st Degree Pass on Saturday. He always trains hard in class and is always there to help out beginners. Keep up the good work David. Well done.
