I'm not stressed... you are!! 😩 Or maybe I am. 🤔 After a super successful shoot with Play Music Now yesterday, capturing the unfolding moments of their students gig, which btw was in my old high school. I somehow managed to loose around 500 images on my SD Card which were of the workshops the week before! 😭 School Boy (Girl) Error!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ ....BACKUP, BACKUP, BACKUP!! This resulted in me being awake until 3am this morning trying to find a way to restore the lost files. I don't have them back yet, BUT the good thing is, I have discovered that they are restorable + I will get them back... PHEW! 😰🙌🏻🎉 I have truly learned my lesson which also got me thinking that sometimes things don't always go the way we plan them, we make mistakes or meet bumps along the road but I think that's okay, because it happens to all of us. As long as we try to remain positive, learn from the lesson + look for the rainbow in the storm we will move on with more knowledge, more experience + more expertise. 👌🏻🌧🌈 So don't let the bumps is the road slow you down, acknowledge them, learn from them, then drive on smarter + more positive than ever!! 🚙👋🏻🙋🏻 #norainnorainbow

It's Thursday, it's raining + I have the cold 🌧🤧 Permission for a nap please?! 🙋🏻😩😴 As much as I have got through a TON of workload this week, when we are feeling ill or run down, the process seems to go a little slower + feels like it takes a whole lot longer!! 😥 At least this is how I have been feeling all week, with lots of sneezing + regular naps making an appearance, my editing progress seems to be going at the pace of a snail.... 👋🏻🐌🤦🏻‍♀️ Which = Eyes popping out of head, CONSTANTLY!! 👀😳🙄 Our health always comes first though therefore as soon as my regular napping has done it's job, the sneezing/eye popping has happily left the building + I am back to full health. I will be back on my A Game, bombarding your feed with images galore!! In the meantime though.... don't miss me too much!! 😂📸🙋🏻 #coldandfluvibes

Did someone say MONDAY!?! 😫 Pass a large pot of tea please?! ☕️ ... because I have another week of schedules, to-do lists + challenges ahead! 📥📝📤 My favourite part of the week ahead however, will see me putting together client stories... 👌🏻📸❤️ As a photographer, I feel that the art of storytelling is hugely important therefore, as a result I have been investing a lot of my time learning more + more about putting together the perfect story for my clients. 🖼 I am passionate about following a theme throughout any session of images + have been working hard to ensure that this theme translates through each image in the story that I present to my client. 🙌🏻 I am mega excited to be working on so many stories + applying these super important techniques to them.
