Mudhouse Farm Christmas Price List Belted Galloway beef –Galloway are traditional rare breeds renowned for their eating qualities. Our home reared beef grazed on our smallholding in North Devon. Hung and matured for 28 days. We butcher and pack all meat to ensure everything is just so. Orders now being taken for delivery week beginning 20th December 2017. Christmas Beef boxes - £100 plus postage Contains a minimum of *: 4 x 500g minced beef steak 4 x 500g diced beef steak 1.5 kg of roasting beef (topside/silverside) 1.5 kg rump/sirloin steaks 8 x 200g ground steak burgers *We share out the beef between the boxes ordered Half lamb is £65 and consists of; shoulder - boned and rolled or cut into two half shoulders and best neck Loin giving 6+ cutlets and 6 + loin chops, 3 lamb steaks Leg - can be boned and rolled or cut in half to give leg fillet and lamb shank breast of lamb - boned and rolled and can be stuffed for a nice roast If you don't want the breast this can be swapped for any of our tasty sausages. Sausages – all handmade and linked in the traditional way using natural casings as opposed to the man-made casings used in mass produced products Sausages come in 1 lb bags with approx. 8 sausages. £3 a bag or 4 for £10 Pork and leek (gluten free) Cumberland swirls Sweet chilli Old English Lamb and mint Lamb and coriander Lamb and sweet chilli

Our pork sausages are sold at 4 x 1 lb bags for £10. Varieties include Old English, Cumberland, Lincolnshire, Sweet Chilli, Cracked Black Pepper, Pork and Leek (gluten free), Pork and Apple, Leek and Stilton (gluten free) All hand made in natural casings so the thickness of the sausages will vary. Linked in the traditional way.
