NEW Classes for Kids from the age of 5 years - 14 years. Kids Fun Boxing ( K.F.B ) - Fitness classes for those little'uns that want to have fun in a boxing gym. NON CONTACT Boxing Circuits and Fitness. Classes start from Saturday 17th February at The MAIN EVENT Boxing Gym, 7 Heron Avenue, Shotgate, Essex SS11 8DL.

New Starters - Kids aged 7 - 14 years Saturday 8am

The Gym re-opens on 3rd January 2018... ALL NEW STARTERS under the age of 14, start on a Saturday morning 8am. We assess everyone the 1st Saturday of each month. Our FOUNDATION Classes are on a Monday / Wednesday from 6pm - 7pm, for kids age 5-9 years. Our DEVELOPMENT Classes are on a Monday / Wednesday from 7pm - 8pm, for kids age 9 - 14 years. Our Senior / Youth DEVELOPMENT Classes are on a Monday / Wednesday from 8pm - 9pm. SENIOR Boxers looking to compete, come along to the Mon/Wed Classes 8-9pm and speak to a coach, you will receive 1-2-1 training until you are ready to move into a COMPETITION Class.

Wednesday 20th Dec - Only 1 Class on at the Gym tonight. 7-8pm Mixed Circuits.
