⭐️Exercise your sexy side has taken a new twist with this day of circus based workshops!!!! ⭐️ 1.15pm Doubles Hoop with Sarah In this workshop you'll explore doubles hoop poses and tricks. Don't worry if you don't have a friend to come with! We can pair you up when your here!! For this workshop you will need to have a little aerial experience (any form of aerial is ok) 2.45pm Handstands, hand balancing and planches with Chelsy In this session Chelsy will introduce you to the world of balancing on your hands. She has some top tips on how to train your body to balance. This session is suitable for all levels, whether a avid handstander or a handbalancing newbie who has never done a handstand before. 4pm hula hooping with Sarah Learn the art of hula hoop! This class will get you working up a sweat and engaging your core muscles whilst having a good time. Suitable for all abilities. Do all 3 of these workshops for only £30!!
