Scaffolding, Joinery, Fire Stopping, Insulation, Painting and Shot Blasting. Focus Scaffolding was founded in 1995 by Brian Scott and Carl O’Fee.  It began trading in July 1995 at an office based in Whitehaven with only a handful of operatives.
Focus Scaffolding began working on the Sellafield Nuclear Site in 1998 predominantly as Scaffold Erectors.   The Company branched out in to multi-discipline trades in 2009. This includes: Joinery, Fire Stopping, Insulation, Painting and Shot Blasting.  From 2009 the Company has had tremendous success on Sellafield, with numerous clients.
Today, we continue to provide a service to various clients in and around Cumbria (including South Scotland, Lancashire and the North East), as well as on the Sellafield Site.  We’re only one of four full members of the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC) in Cumbria and the only one that is based in West Cumbria.
Focus Scaffolding’s insistence on quality of service, hard work and responsiveness to client needs has led to its success in the competitive construction industry.  The Company’s ability to address to changing conditions and demands, and expand its services has resulted in the Company to growing far beyond its founders’ dreams.
