More and more people have a small dog or cat which is part of their family and, when they have to move e.g. for a change of job, it can be very difficult to find a suitable property to rent where their beloved pet is accepted. Whitby Residential Lettings has three properties now available to rent all of which will consider consider tenants with a pet. This is subject to the usual referencing, credit checks and Tenancy Deposit. A Pet clause would be in the Tenancy agreement and a Pet Bond would also be taken so that both landlord and tenant have peace of mind.
