A wall tie replacement job we've just completed in Weymouth. These mild steel ties have corroded over time. Without replacing the inner and outer walls will crack and could cause structural and damp issues. New ties are stainless steel, drilled and then poxy resin'd in place. This particular job all external walls are to be K-rendered.

A complete garden makeover. The existing garden was almost unusable due to being extremely steep. The garden was tiered with sleepers and steps allowing easy access throughout. A sandstone patio edged with a rustic chaily brick wall. Small sandstone patio at the bottom along with a concrete shed base. Turfing on tiers still to be completed.

A repointing job for a customer in Dorchester. Existing mortar joints on blank gable end were very weathered to the point of potentially causing damp issues inside the property. All joints were raked out with diamond grinding blades then gable was washed down. New mortar was then repointed in all joints. Whole gable end was then sealed with a 25yr lifespan waterproofer. Fantastic job with plenty of coffee on tap:)

A local job in Weymouth stag fencing have subbed out to us to do for them. Pull down existing concrete block shed. To be relocated and bigger in size with a concrete oversite. New 4" block boundary wall with 9" piers. All foundations to be excavated and concreted. New Indian sand stone multi size hard standing to be installed. Progress pictures so far.....

Excavating foundations for a wrap around extension in Weymouth. All ground levels had to be reduced almost half a metre before digging foundations, this is to allow depth for block and beam oversite to existing dpc. Foundations had to be 2.0metres deep then reducing to 1.750m, 1.500m then 1.0m, trench filled with concrete. Phase 1 pictures.
