Everything was perfect. The room, all the staff (especially the night shift) and the food. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made very welcome and very comfortable. We will definitely be back again next year.

We have used this hotel on numerous visits, but the room we had this time, was simply lovely. A huge happy 80th birthday yesterday for a very special guest who had a scrumptious homemade afternoon tea for almost 30 guests in our Conservatory area. We are pleased that all your family and friends had a great time and hope to see you in a year for your 81st.
