PIZZA TIME ... if you bake your own pizzas at home we now have the finest ingredients all the way from Italy: Fior Di Latte (the best mozzarella used by all the finest Pizzerias in Naples!), Caputo Blue (the best OO pizza flour, as used by all the finest Pizzerias in Naples) and fresh Italian yeast. Used with a little love and care this will produce restaurant quality pizzas at home. We have a trial "kit" comprising: 1kg Caputo Blue, 500g Fior Di Latte and a small block of fresh yeast. You will have to provide the water!. Enough to make 4 x good sized pizzas and all for just a tenner. Merdre Santa!!!

VEGAN CHEESE ... due to popular demand we now stock "Nature et Moi" a vegan cheddar made in France. Buy by the cut piece (£3.95 per 200g) or now on our Vegan Cheddar Salad Baguette ... 1/2 a Dumouchel Baguette + award winning Olive Oil + salad + vegan mayo = cracked black pepper at £3.50.

Autumn has arrived ... we have a couple of new sandwich options for the chilly weather: roast ham with warm melted raclette cheese & peppery pastrami with jarlsberg. All served on the usual Dumouchel Baguette and optional salad.
