Weight loss, Sport Nutrition, Food Education, Diet Analysis Whatever your Nutritional goals are It’s Nutrition will teach you how to eat to fuel your body effectively with the right foods. No pills, shakes or magic potions, just good food.
It’s Nutrition…….Not Rocket Science!
How it Works
First we will ask you to fill out an initial assessment form and then a 7 day food food/exercise diary. This will enable us to get a good overview of where your eating habits are at the moment, how active you are, what your nutritional goals are and an insight into your lifestyle.
From this information we then break your current diet into:
Calories
Fat
Sugar
Carbohydrates
Protein
You will receive a detailed overview of your current diet with analysis of each of the above in a simple to understand format.
Using the information from your assessment and 7 day food diary results we will then compile a food plan completely tailored made to you.
It will include foods that you like to eat, easy recipes, cheat meals and most importantly will help you on your way to your nutritional target.
We will continue to monitor and amend your plan until you reach your target, you will then have all the tools and knowledge you need to continue eating well for life.
Holly Hodge (S.A.C Dip) is a qualified Diet and Nutrition Advisor base in Ayrshire, Scotland.
I am a keen runner, gym goer and cook. I decided to combine my passion for food and how it works within the body with helping others to gain their nutritional goals.
My favourite motto is “Never start a diet that you cannot sustain for life”
What we eat and put into our bodies should be a pleasurable experience, no one wants to go through life counting calories and restricting themselves to certain foods. The plans I create are designed to fit into your lifestyle, so that you change the way you eat for life.
