Chocolate brownie anyone? These are for my work colleagues because they have been nagging for them for ages!

Well the beautiful cake is now all gone! It did not take long, but a cake is to be eaten however pretty, especially when the inside is chocolate sponge, with chocolate fudge icing! It provided lots of internal fuel to get through the snow last week 🙂

This beautiful cake is dedicated to my good friend, Lynn Axford of The Fairy Bakehouse. I made a mess of the kitchen and the wonderful fairy washed up after me, and then gave me practical tips for this cake. She even let me sprinkle fairy dust on the finished cake! Thank you Lynn xxx 🙂

The Valentine's cake in the earlier pictures ended up like this. In fact there is none left!! Michael can't write a review because he is not on FB, but the cake went in record time! The old saying goes something like ' The way to a man's heart is through his stomach'!
