Description
Sewing & Alteration Specialists, with a shop filled with handmade cushions, bags, local pottery, painted furniture and much more Sisters Sandra and Karen love to sew. Saunter into their shop in Severn Street, Welshpool, and you can see them sitting in a back room at their sewing machines using vintage fabric to turn out the delightful handbags, travel bags, aprons and cushions, as well as individual items of home -and giftware that adorn the shelves at the front.
They also carry out alterations and repairs to clothes, curtains, blinds and so on.........
Lilly Mo is, as much as anything an oasis of calm, a step back in time. There is an air of gentle civility behind its front door. Sometimes, amid the fuss and fume of the 21st century, it's just what you need.

💥NEW STOCK💥 We are pleased to say that we now stock bespoke signs from 'The 1894 sign Co.' We are loving these traditionally made embossed signs which are made using the same methods used to make aluminium number plates during the 19th century. They are painted with paints that have been hand-mixed, making their colour pallet unique too! We think they are fab and so do two of our customers who have recently purchased two personalised signs as special gifts!
