The London Bridges Charity Walk, for Peace Hospice Care. Members of our sister club The Regent Club are taking on the challenge of a 10 mile London Bridge walk to raise money for the Peace Hospice. They have been training hard and are looking for sponsorship. Watford-based Peace Hospice Care provides a range of free services and support to those across Hertfordshire with life-limiting (terminal) illnesses. As part of their funding they need to raise around £5M per year in donations and the London Bridges Walk is one of their main events. St Patricks Day Quiz St Patricks looks to be a busy day. End of the six nations followed by a themed quiz. The quiz is open to everyone and will have a special Ireland round. Entry is £5 per person. Team size is between 2-6 people. Entry and team names are on collected on the date at the event. Any question let us know. This years Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday 12th May at Sun Sports Social Club Tickets are now on sale for the end of season Dinner Dance 2018. For those who haven't attended before, the Dinner Dance is always the social highlight of the WRFC calendar and a great way to celebrate the clubs success both on and off the field. Included within the ticket price is a three course sit down meal, after dinner coffees and mints followed by the services of a superstar DJ for the remainder of the evening. As always, this event is likely to be highly over subscribed. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis so get your name down early to avoid disappointment! Senior Rugby returns to Radlett Road this Saturday when the 1st XV take on London French in a crucial relegation clash. Not only that; the opening round of the Six Nations will be on in our newly revamped clubhouse! Should you fancy something further afield, the 2nd XV are at Amersham. Watford games kicking off at 14:00, all support welcome and appreciated!
