If your boiler is not working, due to this cold weather it is probably due to the Condense pipe outside being frozen, all you need to do is pour a couple of kettles of boiling water over the pipe and this should clear the ice blockage and then reset the boiler and it should work without a problem, if your are unsure please give me a call and I will talk you through it.
