If a jobs worth doing it's worth doing well. We have stripped this EP3 back to bare metal zip wheeling all the rust and sealants off before blowing over sealing and protecting it. In the process of starting to build it back up now with all replacement parts cleaned and powdercoated. It's not something we normally do as so time consuming with a good weeks work involved but the end product would be better than when the car left the factory. Will post more pictures when we are finished and the rest of the parts we are waiting for are back 😎
2 late EP3s in for remapping and few other jobs today and both in very good condition. We see FN2s coming in on 56 plates so this cosmic must have been one of the last. 😎

Proper wolf in sheep's clothing these little things! 😈😈😈😂 Very tunable cars that are often overlooked and don't even get a 2nd glance if you see one on the road and given you can pick them up now stupidly cheap offer a good entrance into performance Japanese car tuning with loads of parts available. This Mitsubishi Colt is running just a panel filter and decat with a performance exhaust and came in to us running 158bhp and 170ftlb with fuelling massively rich from what we would normally aim for when tuning. After a couple of hours on the dyno remapping it with EcuTek Technologies Ltd software we finished off at 202bhp and 202ftlb with fuelling all sorted and cam timing all adjusted to give a really smooth response. If you look at the graph the orange line is the fuelling so you see how rich it's running from stock. Next step will be uprating the boost valve and injectors and see how far we can go as boost drops off really quickly after 4000rpm so boosting higher should make some good gains. At around 1000kg it's really is something that will surprise a lot of people. 👍😂

300bhp 210ftlb 9000rpm DC5. It's been a long build but working together with Josh and his brother we have created a bit of a monster. TDi North specd and built stroked K20 with extensive headwork our own cams and ITBs together with a custom manifold and one of our 3" exhausts. Coming to a track near you very soon. 😎

Been busy on the dyno and nice to see Russ Thomson Clio back in for a remap following a new motor and getting ready for it's 2018 season. The car is running a DTA S60 ecu. Also in today was a little CRZ in for a Hondata remap and an FN2 all the way from South London for an Ecutek remap.
