You see... Just by saying things weren’t great.. everything turned around! I’ve had a very positive 24 hours... things feel clearer, happier, feel much more focussed! The hardest part is admitting you aren’t perfect, that you may need help... that takes real strength...

This time of year isn’t great for me, and I can be heard, probably year on year, feeling sorry for myself around this time. In truth, it is just the end of a long Winter here in the UK… I’m a beach bum at heart… and in reality, a couple of good days of sunshine, a walk on the beach with my mutt Monty and I will be Mrs Chirpy all over again… painfully so! All my close friends will be saying… oh right, here we go again… come on Spring!!! Well guess what… I’m here again… and just a few words to those who truly care have already perked me up and set me off in the right direction of getting some perspective back. Sometimes its easier than others! The point I am trying to make is don’t suffer alone… speak to people around you… be honest about how you feel… open up and ask for help. People are amazing and you will be surprised at how quickly you start to feel better, more positive and everything begins to feel lighter, brighter and a whole lot easier. Take my word for it…. xx

Happy with this year's training...

Lovely feedback from a recent client... Eddy I just wanted to let you know how things have been since the session I had. I feel all the worry has gone around food, I'm not constantly thinking about food or calories. I'm much more energised, less stressed & sleep a lot better! I don't think I want or need a drink any more, I'm just happy to have one or two & feel content. It's very strange how I love water when I hated it before. Thank you for all your help and support. It's been brilliant.
