All you need to bring is 1) yoga mat or large towel 2) drink 3) towel to wipe sweat away 4) inhalers should ypu require them 5) hat incase it is sunny (hahahah) You need to wear 1) comfortable clothes that you can exercise in 2) trainers preferably or plimsoles
