Monmouthshire Roadworks
Description
Updates on roadworks or events affecting the flow of traffic on Monmouthshires Highway Network. The Highways Department aims to keep motorists on the move through effective co-ordination of works on the highway.
The Highways Network Team deals with all aspects of Statutory Undertakers (gas, electric, water and telecom) works on the highway.
The team also co-ordinates all works on the highway to ensure there are no conflicts which would impede the expeditious movement of traffic on Monmouthshire's highway network.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC LIGHTS MCC OPERATIONS (SOUTH) will be operating two-way traffic signals along B4235, 100m SOUTH OF PANDY MILL HOUSE, NP16 6BT (between Shirenewton and Chepstow), to repair two chevron signs following a recent RTC. It is anticipated the lights will be in place on Thursday, 22nd August (for one day) between 09:30 and 15:00 hrs. EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE Centregreat (on behalf of MCC Street Lighting) are arranging an emergency road closure along A4810, LLANWERN EASTERN ACCESS TO THE B4245, MAGOR, in order to repair 3 traffic poles.
