And so it begins .......a whole month of not seeing my husband and Rebecca , Michael and Ailysha not seeing daddy as he goes back to work every slSunday and works every night till at least 9.00pm to prepare for Christmas . Never known a man so dedicated to his profession and such a perfectionist . We are all very proud of you Neil and also Jane and know you will do well again this year! See you Christmas Eve !!! Food hygiene result back ! I am now a "4" 😀

Have to say am very proud of my husband, Neil Lewis and also Jane as they had a spot check today from the Environmental Health completely out of the blue and he did very very well. Is going to be marked up possibly to a 4 and his working practices were exemplary. All his paperwork was completely up to date and the officer was very pleased with how he ran the business. The only reason he can't get a 5 is because of the age of the building etc and not the way he carries out his work or his working practices. He had no idea they were coming and I for one can imagine how stressful that is.... at least I have some idea when I am going to be inspected!!! Well done Neil and Jane!
