Before becoming the Career Queen, Mel was an Employability Consultant and Trainer, with many years of working within the Recruitment Industry as both a Manager and Consultant.  She has worked with a number of blue chip multinational organisations as well as local businesses overseeing their recruitment at all levels from Apprenticeships and entry level positions through to Directors.

Her Eureka moment came while delivering of Pre-employment training programmes with candidates from all backgrounds.  There were common themes emerging that were holding back candidates back in their journey to employment.

As an expert in the Employment field, Mel is very keen to share her knowledge and experience in helping you to succeed in gaining employment. She has most recently been working with schools and sharing her knowledge and skills with those leaving school and entering the world of employment.
