Pride in performance
People of all ages can enjoy gymnastics. It is a great way to keep fit and is proven to be a superb foundation for other sports. It improves flexibility, strength, co-ordination, spatial awareness, and it has the added benefit of being fun.
Objectives
One child's dream may be to perform a cartwheel - for another it may be to become an Olympic Champion; at the NDGA our objective is to help everyone achieve their personal goals.
Variety
We offer a wide range of activities for boys and girls of all ages and abilities, from pre-school through to adult classes; providing a variety of dance and freestyle classes, gymnastic parties, and holiday courses.
