Our snack queen Amy has only gone and made another delicious yet nutritious Snack for you all to try! 😍😍 In true Amy style there are no measurements. The base: Rice crispy’s, peanut butter, mixed together and patted down into a muffin case. The centre: Dates soaked in boiling water and blended until smooth. For the top: Melt dark chocolate, place in the fridge to set #snackurday
