12 Week Lifestyle Transformation Package Neil's Testimonial "I was 17.9st and wanted to lose weight, id been going to Peak Performance for two years doing my own thing but didn't really achieve anything. So i took up the 12week challenge with Ryan and was really excited to accomplish my target weight of 15.5st . Ryan gave me a fantastic diet plan which changed through out 12 weeks, i found the food easy & enjoyable to stick to as it had lots of variet. Along with my new diet i had a great work out schedule. Where Ryan taught me how to use the machines and weights correctly and pushed me to my limits but crucially teaching me how to continue training for the future. I started to see results after 1-2 weeks which gave even more motivation. With Ryans professional help i actually found this challenge easier than i thought because i enjoyed it every step of the way. Don't get me wrong you need to work hard and have alot of will power but i lost 3.2st in total and im now 14.6st i really can't believe it. Setting yourself up to fall! One problem with gym or even life is people set themselves up for failure, giving themselves way to much to do to early! Usually too much of a transition from 0 to 💯 too quickly! You don't drive a car from gear 1 to gear 5 do you? so why do the same with starting the gym? Ease your way in, setting yourself a mini goal of getting in the gym 3x this 1st week with a improved diet, decrease your rest times & keep your diet in check 2nd week, then 3rd Week up your visits to the gym and give yourself a reward for sticking to the plan! It's all about balance not going this go hard or go home rubbish because not everyone's a bodybuilder and that's something a lot of PTs need to realise! Have a plan, Start slow and as you pick up momentum you'll go through the gears! Then before you know it you'll be 5th gear and cruising!
