As i'm sure you are all aware The Nelson will be closing on Monday, but today is our last day of trading. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and friends for your support over the last few years and will no doubt see you around in the future. I would also like to say how truly overwhelmed I have been by the sincere wishes and support of everyone, and can only thank you so much for this. The Nelson and customers has been my personal favourite of all my pubs, so once again thank you Dawn and the team.

So today really is super Sunday, enjoy one of our Sunday roasts, choose from three meats, then watch Wales v Italy in the six nations. Then finish off with a sing song on the karaoke!!
