Another small page update... first landlords safety condition report, repair to water damaged lighting, downlighters fitted by others, en-suite above leaked onto ceiling below, and soaked 1 of the downlighters connectors causing the Tennant to loose half their house lights as this extension is fed from a second distribution board unknown to the Tennant (which is handy ). Poor installation by previous 'electrician ' and no use of decent approved joint / connection box, so installed some CT101 approved connectors, and replaced tired lamps for led items.
Another fault finding day, spent 3 hours ripping into a board I had installed 3 years ago to find that the customer had wired the shed into a socket and had trapped cable which killed a couple of rcd's just love fault finding I do.. not
Retrofit fuse board to new 17th edition regulations.
Nice little CCTV job, DVR with Internet viewing...
