Somehow managed to give a fairly grown-up interview 21 minutes in to this weeks Landward. Thankfully they had the wisdom to edit out the creepy wink I gave Gary Maclean half way through the filming. Enjoy! https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b09gvgdw/landward-20172018-episode-23

In case you forgot, it is Burns this Wednesday and we'll be making some big old presentation haggis in natural casing AND as long as the weather stays mostly ok, we can even deliver them to you on the ebike. We are fully booked in the restaurant for Wednesday night but there is still space at the Dervaig Hall for their Burns celebrations on Saturday 28th - speak to Erin Turnbull to book.

Neil Oliver from BBC Coast came over today whoop whoop! He said the haggis was the best he ever tried. Hopefully the camera was rolling when he said it.

Alan and Greg are now the proud owners of the haggis I made with celebrity cruise ship singer Jane McDonald. Here they are in their lycra unitards with said haggis and a photo of Jane because we're into taking photos of people holding photos just now. Even though Jane would be sad to see it sold, I felt her presence surround me and knew in my heart that I had her blessing. Go fill someones tummy, little guy.

Ahoy there haggis lovers! We were lucky enough to have none other than celebrity cruise ship entertainer, Jane MacDonald over this week. After showing her how to make haggis, I took her for a spin in a fish box on the back of the bike. Look out for it on Channel 5 in the Autumn and prepare to cringe at my awkward jokes and long pauses - we pity the poor editor.
