So we have come to the end of yet another Annual Exhibition - the 22nd - and what an exhibition it's been. 42 artists exhibited, 24 club members and 18 guests. 285 framed paintings were hung on Wednesday, August 17th (and another 8 hung during the exhibition), 31 sold during the Preview Party and 57 sold in total. (That 57 excludes those from the browser boxes!) At the Preview Party one of our number was made a Lifetime Member, a most well deserved tribute to the gentlest of gentlemen. Everybody's thanks must go to our indomitable leader, Julie, without who's hard work the exhibition would not be the excellent one which it is. All that's left to say is - see you next year!
