Children need the chance to test their limits and they can do this safely at tumble tots sessions. Tumble Tots teaches children to acquire skills and can learn to do things that seem too hard to begin with.

100 billion brain cells and trillions of connections what do you do with them all. Your child's brain is not just a product of your genes, it is sculptured by their experiences during the course of their lives. The most important time for brain development is the first few years of life- just the age when children come to tumble tots. Coming to tumble tots actually changes the child's brain structure and affects the number of neural connections. As they learn they put in new connections and as they become more skilled they prune the connection not needed. Children who play more and experience more physical activity, put in more neural pathways. As they develop they get rid of unwanted pathways and grow more skilled in their movement. If their early motor reflexes do not get pruned in this way they interfere with the development of later skills and result in immature movement patterns. The above extract from a lecture at Tumble Tots National Seminar by Denise Thornton Chartered Educational Psychologist More tomorrow on motor skill development
What would you do with 100 billion? Well it all depends on you! We are born with about 100 billion brain cells and trillions of interconnections. Indeed one brain cell is in contact with thousands of other cells at any one time which incidentally no computer is able to do. Well the short answer is learn and children are brilliant at learning and assimilating new ideas., and guess what their major learning curve is between the ages of one day and six years of age. More tomorrow on how we children learn.
Numbers The world population in 2015 is believed to be around 7.5 billion Is this a big number? Not really when you comp[are it with the number for tomorrow.
